Follow these steps to make your first visit go smoothly:
1. Call (412) 787-0101 to schedule your complimentary consultation visit or use the form below to email us! We'll schedule your 1st visit appointment that same day if we can and it's good for your schedule too. This is the only time we ask for you to schedule an appointment. After that, just walk-in anytime.
2. Print your "About You" forms found under the "NEW to Doctor V?" tab at the top of this page. Print clearly and complete the forms in the comfort of your own home or office and bring them with you to your first visit. By the way, these are interactive forms where you can complete the information right on your computer by typing the info asked for into each field prior to printing them out.
3. It's that simple!
